It has the traditional taste of homemade smokey BBQ meatballs with a twist. Coated in crunchy chips of your choice, this delicious snack works both as an appetizer and chip challenge.

In a large mixing bowl, add in the ground meat, salt, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, 1/2 grated white onion, chopped parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
With your hands, mix all the ingredients together.
Using a small cookie scooper, scoop out cocktail sized meatballs and place the rolled meatballs on a wire rack.
Heat up the grill to 250 degrees and place the wire rack on the grill for 1hour.
Add a few handfuls of chips in a ziplock bag and crunch them by hand or with a mallet until they are broken down into fine pieces.
Once the meatballs have rested, toss them in your choice of BBQ sauce.
With a toothpick, pick 1 meatball and roll it in the crushed chips.
